This Privacy Notice describes how LDS handles information in connection with its internal Amazon Ads API application. The application is used only to support LDS's own Amazon advertising operations.
With authorization from the applicable Amazon Ads account, the application may access advertising account information and performance data available through the Amazon Ads API, including campaign, ad group, targeting, keyword, product targeting, profile, reporting, spend, impression, click, conversion, sales, bid and budget information.
Advertising recommendations may be generated or organized programmatically, but campaign changes remain subject to authorized human review before implementation.
We do not sell Amazon Ads information. We do not intentionally share account-specific Amazon Ads information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information may be processed by service providers that support our hosting, storage, security or technical infrastructure, subject to appropriate business and security controls.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect advertising information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or misuse. Access is limited to authorized personnel who need the information for business operations.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for reporting, analysis, operational, security and legal purposes, and we may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer required.
Access to Amazon Ads information depends on authorization granted through Amazon. Applicable authorization may be revoked through the relevant Amazon account or authorization controls.
